Commissioner Naugah is the Executive Director at the Competition Commission of Mauritius. He is a Barrister-at-Law, called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honorable Society of Middle Temple, London, in year 2006 and was called to the Mauritian Bar in January 2008. He joined the Competition Commission since its inception in year 2009 and served as Head of Legal and Investigations. After having obtained his LLb (Hons) at London South Bank University. Commissioner Naugah went on to do an LLM in International Commercial Law at the University of Kent, UK and did his Bar Vocational Course (BVC) at the University of West of England, Bristol, UK. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law and a Post-Graduate Diploma in EU Competition Law, both from King’s College, London.
Commissioner Naugah is a member of the Panel Responsible for Determinations of CCCC.
